In-Shop Repair

Bringing your computer into our shop to be serviced will save you money and will allow us to be more thorough in the repair process. For In-Shop repairs you will be billed only for the time a technician is in front of your computer tending to its issues. Some projects require long periods of time to copy files, or install programs, and in these situations we can work on other projects while these tasks are in progress and therefore save you money since we are not charging you for this time.

If you would like to bring your computer in for in-shop repairs, feel free to bring it in at your convenience any time during our normal business hours. We have a 2 to 4 business day turn-around time for most projects.

Our rate for In-Shop Service is $65 an hour with a 1/2 hour minimum. After the first 30 minutes we bill in 15 minute increments.

Apple/MAC service is $90 per hour (See the MAC page for more details).
