In-Shop Repair

Bringing your computer into our shop to be serviced will save you money and will allow us to be more thorough in the repair process. For In-Shop repairs you will be billed only for the time a technician is in front of your computer tending to its issues. Some projects require long periods of time to copy files, scan for viruses, or install programs, and in these situations we can work on other projects while these tasks are in progress. Less time in front of your system saves you money.

If you would like to bring your computer in for in-shop repairs, feel free to bring it in at your convenience any time during our normal business hours. We have a 2 to 4 business day turn-around time for most projects.
